OLDSMAR, Fla., Aug. 22, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cryo-Cell International, Inc. (The Nasdaq Stock Market Symbol: CCEL) (“Cryo-Cell”), the world’s first private cord blood bank to separate and store stem cells in 1992, announced today that its Board of Directors declares a one-time, special cash dividend of $0.90 per share of common stock to be paid to its shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 2, 2022.
