NOTE 14 – RETIREMENT PLAN The Company maintains a 401(k)-retirement plan (the “401(k) Plan”), which allows eligible employees to defer up to 15% of their eligible compensation. In fiscal 2008, the Company implemented an employer match up to certain limits. In fiscal 2010, the Company implemented a Safe Harbor provision with matching contributions up to certain limits. For the years ended November 30, 2018 and November 30, 2017, the Company made matching contributions of approximately $158,000 and $141,000, respectively, to the 401(k) Plan. |
